Mental wellbeing campaigns that meet people where they are.
Insight-led campaigns for public health partners, helping translate complex mental-health issues into clear, relatable stories that inspire action.
01 / The challenge
What needed to change.
One in four adults experience a mental-health issue each year. Demand for support is rising fast, and health inequalities widen the gap between those who can access help and those who can't. Public health teams need communication work that doesn't just raise awareness, but reaches the people for whom awareness alone has never been enough.
02 / The insight
The reframe that opened the door.
Effective communication starts with listening. Communities where the need is greatest are also the ones most likely to feel that mental-health messaging isn't about them. The work has to feel relevant, accessible and achievable, not aspirational.
03 / The approach
What we made, and how.
Our campaigns are rooted in behaviour-change theory and shaped by human insight. We use frameworks like COM-B and EAST to understand what truly drives behaviour and where small shifts in environment, perception or motivation can create lasting change. Recent partners include Leicestershire Partnership Trust (Health for Kids), Greater Manchester (GM Moving) and Smokefree Starts.
Together, we can make getting help feel like the easy, human choice.
